This house made our Coachella weekend. The pool was the perfect mid-day reset — we came back in the afternoon heat, swam, made lunch in the kitchen, and returned to the festival completely recharged. Location is unbeatable. Our rideshare to the main gate took under 10 minutes even with festival traffic. Our group of 10 had plenty of room and the host communication was flawless from booking to checkout.

Stagecoach 2025 was our third stay at Tulum in the Valley and it keeps getting better. The hosts have clearly thought of everything festival groups need. The pool is genuinely resort-quality. After long days on the grounds, coming back to this house felt like a real luxury. We've already got Stagecoach 2026 locked in. There is no better place to stay within this distance of the polo club.

Our group of 12 used this house as our Stagecoach base and I can't imagine doing it any other way now.
